With over thirty years of hands-on experience in IT, electronics, and technical repair — from U.S. Army Special Forces operations to the oil fields of northern Alaska — I’ve spent my career solving complex problems in some of the toughest environments imaginable. I’ve trained retail IT professionals, designed and built automated meat-processing plants, and developed global systems to track micro-brew kegs around the world. But at my core, I’ve always been a gamer. That passion for systems, circuits, and gameplay led me into the world of arcade repair and restoration — from diagnosing board-level faults to complete cabinet rebuilds.
